• I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission for any reason.

• Commissions will be completed with the understanding that they will not be used to create NFT’s .

• Commissions will be completed with the understanding that they will not be used as merchandise.

• You will not be refunded after your commission is complete. 

​

• You will receive a full refund if you cancel your commission order within 24 hours of acceptance. 

​

• You may use your commission in any way for personal use without credit (profile pictures, prints in your own home, profile banners and so on…) - Reposts of the work on social media however must only be posted by the commissioner and must include credit.

• I will not draw mature themes, gore or anything sexually explicit.

• I will not draw political or discriminatory/ hateful work.
   

• It is one commission slot per character. 

​

• I will not tolerate rude behaviour, verbal abuse or harassment.

​

• Do not approve a sketch only to ask for fundamental changes later. Always be clear and decisive with me on what you want added or changed. 

​

• Always provide clear, up-to-date references. I will not draw a character in a way that I cannot visually see. Ponytown references are accepted as long as the character remains fundamentally and visually the same as the sprite shown. Of course in this case the final product will require artistic interpretation and may require more communication between me and you, the client. 

​

• Prices are not set in stone and may change depending on how complex your character is or what you may want in a background. Characters with more patterns, details and accessories will take more time to complete and in some cases, may even be out of my skill-range all-together.
